2000 Blazer Electrical Probs

I have a 2000 Blazer with 4.3 v6. I was installing a Bulldog Remote Starter with the PasslockII by pass. I tryed testing the the remote starter before i was completely finished hooking up the Passlock bypass, and now i don't have any electrical functions. All i get when I turn the key is the SES light will come on. It sounds like i can hear the fuel pump on accassion. There is a repetative click coming from a group of relays on the left side under dash. I have tried unhooking the battery, unhooking the ignition harness under the steering wheel, and have unhooked the relay harness that is making the noise, the noise of course stopped. I rehooked the battery, then rehooked the ignition harness(at this point the alarm for the key in the ignition came on), then i reattached the harness with the relays on top. At this point the click started again. and all other sounds stop. No interior or exterior lights or warning buzzers, or chimes will come on. Please help.

Don't want to sound like a smart ass but check your car battery when you are trying to crank it over to see if your battery gave up. Other than that, you might have blown a major fuse. Not sure what you could have done though, Blazers are way too easy to work on.
