'67 chev BelAir
Have a clean 67 belair...want to restore...trying to find a shop manual which gives the details...have checked the various parts stores (can't find anything older than '69)...to best of my knowledge, everything on car (other than tires, brakes, etc) is original...wish to keep it this way...can anyone help?
last car my Dad purchased, he died in '83, Mom kept it til '03 and let me have it just before she died...until 2 weeks ago, car had not been started since '96...cleaned the points, dropped in a new coil, fresh fuel, and the old girl went to purring like a kitten...lots of sentimental value... any help on the book, or directions to good places for new door panels, etc will be greatly appreciated. |

Can't say specifically, but "Hemming's Motor News" often has ads for older service, repair and assembly manuals. A friend found one for the '64 Catalina there.

Thanks for the reply, guys...just popped the hood and located the engine number...about to start research to see if it is the original...any suggestions?
