Talking 98 z71 cutting out when hot at medium to high rpm

I own a 1998 GMC Z71 and for the past few weeks ive noticed that after i have driven for 20 to 30 miles when i try to give it throttle it seems to be choking out. I have replaced the distributor cap and rotor and the fuel filter twice and I am still having this problem. I put a code reader on it and it came back with codes P0131,P0151, P0420, P0430, P0442, P1870. I have looked up these codes via the internet and two were the O2 sensors, two were the catalyst, and one was a fuel vapor leak somewhere. Could the O2 sensors or the catalytic converters be causing this problem? Also, someone told me the EGR valve may be faulty. Could that be it? Im lost and would appreciate any feedback you could give me. Thanks!
