2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible

Blower motor issue only 4th speed works.
I read you forum last week on how to replace the resistor. Really quite simple to replace following some of the others experiences. The nut that holds the cardboard fiber shield is I believe named a "spak" nut (not sure of the spelling). It is a one time use only, to hold an object in place. Not to be taken off without some effort. The new resistor is almost exactly the same. I purchased a brand name Standard from my local auto parts people. The blade (thickness) which slips into a molded slot is larger than orginal equipment, opps, I had to use my dremel tool to enlarge the slot. I used a large mirror layed on the floor and just worked that method, instead of laying on my back. Plently of room for the dremel tool.
Thanks, this is the first place I'm going to look for problems with both my Chrysler products.
