My 94 Intrepid is at it again... I was in the process of removing my intake manifold to replace the gaskets. (rough idle but no codes) When removing the bolts the one in the front and the one in the one back broke off. I can probably get vice grips on the one in the back but the front broke off deep and was tight. The one in the back had broke loose but broke the head off anyways. (but atleast it's loose). The one in the front is going to be the problem. All the bolts show signs of RUST too which lead me to believe the threads will be very sensitive. Also all the bolts were severly stretched. I will probably have to get a set from the dealership as they are not available at part stores. Any ideas on what to do in this situation. I have always been lucky with broken bolts until now. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
