Fuel Mileage for 1995 Trans Port w/3.8L
Would other owners please provide fuel mileage numbers (MPG) for 1995 Pontiac Trans Ports with the 3.8L engine? I would like to see how these compare to mine. Thank you!

Long highway trips (summer) : easily 25 miles/usg
City (summer) 16-18 miles/usg Winter (city-short ) : 10-11 miles/usg with temperature sensor correction: 14-15 miles/usg all figures conservative

I agree.. The sticker rating for the Transport 3800 was 26mpg Hwy iirc..
The type of fuel( Blended or not ), as well as state of tune.... The condition of the MAF and O2 sensor can all have an impact on fuel mileage...  |
