94 Cutlass Supreme DOHC water problems

Hi all, I'm having excess clear water draining on my passenger side of my 94 Cutlass Supreme DOHC ragtop. And I've noticed that there is fogging issues on the windshield with a bit of mist from time to time comming from the vent on the dash. My engine doesn't look like the picts in the other threads so I can't find the drain port to check if that is blocked... so am I looking at a new heater coil? It's pushing 157k miles.

By the way, thanks for helping. I just found this forum and am just THRILLED as my husband sez that we can keep the Cutlass if we get a new car. I'm putting new shock/struts on it tomorow and I figure if I don't tell him about what's going wrong all the time and fix it before he finds out, he'll be inclined to keep it longer.... I LOVE my car!

Thanks!
