68 chevelle malibu 4door resto?

I bought a 68 chevelle malibu 4 door "hardtop" for 200 bucks. Is it worth it to restore the car? or will this just be a waste of time and money? The interior is great, and the body isn't that bad. the only problem is rust on the wheel wells, small part of the fenders and quarters. it will also need an engine, but is it even worth it?
i would just like to hear some opinions on what other people might do in this situation.
also, this will be my first resto, so the experience would be good. i figure it's better to screw up on this than on a '70 hemicuda(my next resto proj.).

any tips or opinions would be helpful.
