Chirping/Whistling sound noticeable at low speeds

I notice that when I'm driving my truck at low speeds as I maneuver my way around the potholes towards my parking garage I can hear a whistling coming from either the left side of the vehicle. I believe its coming from the left-front tire because the sound get amplified when I make turns (but I could be wrong as its hard to locate). If I'm driving straight is much more subtle but still there.

At higher speed I can't make it out the sound because of tire and wind noise.

Does anybody know what might be causing this?

Sounds like your Front wheel hub bearing is going bad...
