Is A 1992 Lumina Z34 Worth fixing up?

I have a 1992 Lumina Z34 with 235,000km (146,022miles) needing some body work, tires, and brakes.
Is this car worth fixing up?

not sure what 235,000km is in miles, but seems quite high, and the 3.4DOHC is hard to work on and hard to get parts for nonwadays. With that much stuff wrong with it already, i would have to say NO, but if you do, change the timing belt before a valve job is on your "list of fixes".

Awwww, Tblake, they're not that hard to work on, its just a lil PITA. Not a big one like some other cars around.
