Trouble on Citroen FAF 2 cv Please Help Me

I stay in Indonesia and have A Citroen FAF 2 CV '83.
I have a little problem with the power on its machine.
I'm suspicious that Indonesia Citroen running slower than other countries' Citroen. Is there anybody knows why?
What is the different part of the machine beetween Indonesian Citroen and another countries Citroen?
Where can I buy after market spare part in order to modify and increasing the power of my car's machine.
Please help me because this matter really bother me. Thanks for your help and Thanks a lot

Have a look to the ignition behind the fan

What about the oil consumption ? If too much, the rings have to be replaced;

For parts look on french sites about 2 CV, Dyane, Mehari (google.fr)

You can also replace the engine with a Dyane or a LN engine, or a GS engine.
