First thing you need is about $5,000-$10,000. After you secure this, take a trip to universal studios, and take as many pictures of the time machine as possible. After that it's as easy as looking at the pictures, and making the parts (much easier said than done).

I'll post some links here, because the cars on display at Universal Studios are ususally the "B" cars... they look good from a distance, but up close it just looks like someone glued a bunch of junk to the car. The "A" car (I've only seen it once... about 16 years ago) looks like it will actually travel thru time!!!
