No Bus - along with a few other probs...

On my 98 Breeze, Along with my instrument cluster dying periodically (which is temporarily fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery) and the brakes applying them selves at about 40 mph AND the car seeming to downshift by itself...I am getting a "No Bus" indicator on the instrument cluster.

Is all of this created by the same base problem...??? I am about ready to drive it off of a cliff...

Can someone help???

Re: No Bus - along with a few other probs...

the "NO BUS" means that there's a communication fault between the body module and the instrument cluster. I'd be willing to bet that if your cluster is acting up, it's bad and needs to be replaced. Also, have your electrical connectors checked out to make sure they're not corroded and have spread terminals.
