stolen engine

please, please, please, if anyone has got a 455 recently or has heard of someone getting one recently, i'm offering a $500.00 reward for the return or wherabouts of my 1972 cutlass 442 455 engine matching numbers. it was stolen from me by a guy named scott bishop. please be on the lookout, if not for my but for the beautiful car's sake.

I bought one a while ago from a guy in IL. What are the engine numbers i'll check them just to be sure.

the #'s should be on the bottom of the #1 cylinder as 32m202491 etched in the block.

thanks a whole lot for your concern.

also the motor had e heads that weren't attached to the block.

Oh sorry then I bought a complete engine with C heads and the numbers don't match up either. Hope you get that bad boy back.

Yeah I can imagine how much it would hurt to lose an engine like that. The Olds 455 is one hell of an engine and I hope you get that bad boy back and get your car done.

Check out ebay there is a 455 for sale on there in indiana don't know but could be worth checkin out
