New models for me!

While at Target shopping for toilet paper, I of course had to stop in on the car aisle. While Target usualy doesn't have much in the way of model cars, I found three 1:24 Johnny Lightning Muscle Cars...the three out of the entire series that I just had to have. I picked up a Hugger Orange '69 Camaro, a burgundy '69 Mach 1, and a Panther Pink 'Cuda. Very nice models for $12.

Well, upon checking their website, looks like I took out the entire release 2 of these models....and the 'Cuda is "Moulin Rouge;" same color, less cool name. I'll get ya pics tomorrow, after I cruise down to a model shop in Irving where I hear they have AutoArts...I may finally get the 2003 Mach 1 I've wanted for over a year now!

Yes there's engine detail. I *may* take the Camaro out of the box and take pictures, from what I can see in the box though there's a good bit of detail for a 1:24...I can see plug wires at the very least.

Re: New models for me!

WooHoo, I went to Wild Bill's Hobby shop (I think that's the name) in Irving and picked up a Fast and the Furious Skyline and a commemorative ed. Trans Am to sit next to my 35th Ann. Camaro!

If you ever go there, make sure someone sane goes with you to hold your credit card! They had more models than eBay!!! It was INSANE
