is apexi N1 to annoying

could someone describe the Apexi N1. Like at cruising speed, is it hard to talk? do you have to turn up your music way loud? will it get annoying on long trips? how loud is it at around (2500 to 3500 rpm) then when you open it up like (5000 to 7000 rpm).?

looking at buying the apexi cat-back, but i don't want to get it if it will annoy me enough to were i have to go buy a new quieter exhaust.

Thanks

i've never taken a long trip in a car w/ n1, but yes it is loud and yes we had to turn up the radio to hear it. but it does come with a silencer so you can make it quiet any time you want.
