i am full of questions these days

ok what is a cheap and easy to install chip, dont need insane performance, if I ever do boost my turbo pressure or replace it and up the boost I do not plan on going over 15 psi, so I do not think I will be replacing my fuel ingectors so I just need a decent computer upgrade that aint 800 $ :P
