Question very low idle?????????????????? please help

my 323 astina is idling at around 400revs how do i get it to idle higher???????

I had the same problem with 95 Pro and it happened to be the battery. I don't know why or how but the positive cable came off. If you have A/C and you turn it on when the car is on, that means the car isn't getting amps because of the loose cable. If you tried to adjust the idle screw and it doesn't go up or down (the idle) it just might be that. And if it isn't, then try the usual.
