About replace AC hose from Low pressure end to compressor?

my car is 99 cavalier, for some reasons, now the hose touches the drivebelt and there is a leakage now. the hose need to be replaced. I have couple questions:

1. when we replace the hose, do we need to flush the AC system, replace accumulator, O rings or O tube? Because i heard that might be good for compressor. otherwise, the compressor might be too hot during working.

2. usually how much for this service? dealer said around $500. I guess it is too expensive. the above price only includes replace hose and recharge R134a.

i try to attach a picture, but failed.

Thanks a lot!
