Replacing rear speakers
I bought some Sony Xplods a month back. So, I finally just blew the stock speakers. I can figure out how to get the front out. But, I'm lost when it comes to the back. When I looked in the trunk I noticed three screws for each speaker. The only bad thing is that they come from the top, not the bottom. Any ideas how to get to them. The car is a 94 Prism 4 door
Thank's |

Re: Replacing rear speakers
there not screws they are pins. just hit them from the inside of the trunk and push them up.

is it an LSi or a Base models
if its a base then... no...thats not how you do it...i did mine a month back...so...what you do is pull the rear seats up...theres two clips holding it down by your knees when sitting down on them...pull the bottom peice up...and it should snap out of place...then you can see three bolts holding the back peice in...i think its a 10mm bolt or a 12mm... just unblot those...then the rear peice should be able to be pushed UP...three clips hold that peice in...then you can raise up the rear dash..to get to the speakers
