Rate my car!!

Hey, I know that this is an X-mod (no flames please), but what would you rate it? I've only have a bit of custom stuff done to it, and have major plans for it.

Pics here: www.freewebs.com/hyprchrgd69/xmods
56K USERS BEWARE!!! LOTS OF IMAGES!!!

Rate my car 1-5 out of 5, 5 being the best and vice versa. Any comments, positive or negative will be taken so that I can improve my car. Hopefully when I save enough money, I can get a TT-01 Subaru Impreza WRX/STi Rally Version.

As a x-mod 3/5, as a real R/C 0/5, all x-mods get that in my book.

I'm not really familiar with X-mods but with the modifications you've done I'd give it 3-4/5. Be careful not to fry the speed control with the additional cells. By the looks of it, your going to be using 6 regular batteries. Are you sure the speed control can handle 9 volts? Good luck with the rest of your mods.

Yeah...I really...REALLY want a TT-01 remote contolled car from Tamiya. I'm currently saving up...because I know that these X-mods don't have alot of potential. In fact....they suck so much when its stock...and it still sucks now. I want a REAL RC car, one from Tamiya. ANyone know how much one will run me about??

Uhh...no. All I did was apply the vinyl flames and the bodykit. I haven't even touched the car in ages, because I'm too busy playing with my TT-01

I have a feeling that 56k users want to chop my testicles off....

ah, fuck it....I'm probably the only one here using 56k, everyone else is on cable/DSL.

I decided not to start a new thread, but to continue to post here. Here are my car photos since some fucking idiot decided to use up all my bandwidth...

Feel free to use the as your desktop background. However, if you wish to link them in any shape/way/form, PM me FIRST. If I find any of you on another x-mod forum claiming that this is your car...you're a dead man. I have some Quicktime Video clips too...I'll host them some other day.

- 56K users....I'm REALLY sorry.

Re: Rate my car!!

Xmods cahandle 9 volts... There chips are rated at 7.4V but can be pushed out to 8.4V... If you want 9V you need to get the V2 board from Home of the Lithium Ion Conversion. They can go to like 12V and 30 Amps. But you can put a 6TH cell on the car, I have one on my car..(I's an XMOD) The mini-Z and Xmod are different but they are basicall the same car except for the stuff you can do to both the cars...

Re: Rate my car!!

My X-mod must be of cheap quality then. I don't even like mine...I wonder why I even got it. Nowadays I'm in love with my TT-01.
