Pics of 9005 Silverstar
I just replaced my stocks since one of them burnt. Here are some pics for those others that are wondering how they compare to stocks. I will admit I'm still looking forward to real HID's but for now, these will do.
Camera settings were the same and took at the same distance. Stock... http://www.imagestation.com/mypictur...ption=pict5835 Silverstar.... http://www.imagestation.com/mypictur...ption=pict5841 Sorry. I don't have any wall shots since, well I don't have a wall to shot them at right now. You can find information for the mod right here. http://www.bmwe34.net/e34main/upgrade/more_light.htm |

yeah i have the Xenon bulbs in mine....and they are BLUE....pretty cool but im tired of them kinda. i will be looking to get a HID kit in the spring. (8000k). i dont need to clean my headlight itself but just the lens that the bulb sits in...mine is filthy. maybe i will get on that tonight...
BTW: does anyone know how to use that headlight adjuster??? ehh....ill just read my manual...

Re: Pics of 9005 Silverstar
I read an online guide but that was a long time ago and can't remember where I read it. It was pretty handy too lol. But I forgot most of the steps

I did the same thing a while back, stock on right silverstar on the left.
This is what it looks like at night now.

Re: Pics of 9005 Silverstar
Quoted from Eddie on 3ZC "Or if guys dont want to use the silverstars a great upgrade would be Nissan's new 9012 bulbs that is used on the 04-05 Maximas. I have been told they get great results."
As of now they're only a dealer product since they're new, but they will be on the markey sooner or later. |

Re: Pics of 9005 Silverstar
Not sure, I'm sure you can just mod it to fit though. I'll ask Eddie more about this later.
