Re: car won"t start

you could have a head gasket gone,is ther oil in the radiator? is it getting gas? could be bad fuel filter or plugged jets.also the timing chain could have jumped.

Starting

Greetings

Start by changing the spark plugs AND wires. The spark is probably weak and not igniting the fuel which then washes the oil from the cylinder walls and looses compression and gas gets to mix with the oil. If the engine does flood then hold the gas pedal to the floor, this will put the engine computer into clear flood mode.
Another possibility is a worn timing belt or tensioner has allowed the timing belt to jump a tooth.
When starting a cold engine (-10C or colder) hold the gas pedal down halfway then crank the engine. Hope this helps.
