not to stand up for Honda, but...

ive seen B18's with 500hp to the wheels.
ive seen H22's with 690hp to the wheels.

on a 2500lb car...690hp will easily put a 9second slip down...on a RWD car. takes something Godly to run a FWD into the 9's... 690 is hard to hook up even on a RWD overweight 4500lb classic. try it on a car half the weight and FWD...

Just bumping this up, because in the thread I linked, the poster added new vids, of the car running on street tires.

10.33 @ 144 mph < daily-driven, full-interior, street-tired, Honda Civic. Dang.
