Unhappy Leaking tranny fluid

My 93 Dakota 4x4 is leaking tranny fluid from where the front of the trasfer case bolts to the trans. I need to know the size wrench to use to get the fill plug out of the transfer case??

1 3/16 or best to use a 30mm wrench replace both seals and silcone the surace between the TC and AT
