What to look for in buying a used R/T? and where can he go to talk to owners?

My brother is thinking about getting one, what should he look for?

damn i want one too. well he should choose on either a RC or CC. i personally would go w/ the CC, for the extra room, but that's just me. then the 98-00 model have a diff. interior then the 01-03 models. i personally like the 00 model's interior. peace.
