cool blast from the past album

What up guys! My mom let me in a little secret for valentines, which would work any day of the week, so if you want to impress your girl listen up! She told me about this old singer guy, Joe Cocker, so I checked him out on net, and I was actually familiar with a couple songs. So I went out and bought the Ultimate Collection for my girlfriend on valentines and she totally loved it. I dedicated a few songs to her like “You are so beautiful” (kind of cheesy) but it really helped me with my relationship. My girlfriend can’t seem to stop playing it either, instead of lame flowers for a anniversary how bout picking up this cd? What do you guys think? Cool or what?!

Well I'm glad that someone else has heard of him. I was beginning to think I was REALLY old instead of just old.

Re: cool blast from the past album

The name rings a bell.

Then again, if he's not ringing Hells Bell, theres a good chance I won't listen to him.

On that note, I must say Kenny Rogers is the man!

"You got to know when to hold em, know when to fooold em...."

Advice for the ages.

Here I stand head in hand
Turn my face to the wall
If she's gone I can't go on
Feeling two foot small
Everywhere people stare
Each and every day
I can see them laugh at me
And I hear them say

Hey you've got to hide your love away
Hey you've got to hide your love away

How can I even try
I can never win
Hearing them seeing them
In the state I'm in
How could she say to me
Love will find a way
Gather round all you clowns
Let me hear you say

Hey you've got to hide your love away
Hey you've got to hide your love away

Hey now, nothing wrong with that there Yogs. I've heard of him, in fact listen to him...sometimes. I have a cassete player in my Eclipse so I go through my dad's tapes and listen to different stuff.
