Limousines, Hearses, etc
Up to late 1980s, Cadillac built limousines and commercial chassis for hearses in its own factories. Now, regular cars are cut in half and new bodies were welded to them. Also, convertibles were made by cutting the steel roofs off and installing folding tops. Why?
