Maxtrix with misfire

My daughters friends matrix had a multiple cylinder misfire. I changed the plugs and only it now has a misfire on cylinder 2. I swapped coils with cylinder 1 to see if the misfire goes to cylinder 1. It stayed at cylinder 2. there is no other cylinder misfires like before. just cylinder 2 now. So it swapping coils didn't matter then you think it might be an injector. Is there an ignition module that controls the each coil?

Re: Maxtrix with misfire

What year is it and which engine does it have? Does it have any "Check Engine" codes, and if so, What are the codes? How many miles are on it? Did you pull the spark plugs and switch them around too?
