Unhappy 2001 Buick LeSabre won't Run

Had a Fuel Pump go out, replaced with a OEM Pump, and a New Inline Filter. Purged Fuel Lines. Car still will not Run. Have Fuel Pressure, and Pump Runs when needed. Fuses OK. Pulled a Code P0446, Replaced BOTH Upstream and Downstream Solenoids. Car Ran Briefly-really Rough, and Extra Rich (Black Exhaust), then Died won't re-start. Code Cleared.
Before Pump Issue, Car Ran Great. Now Having a Multitude of Issues (Also have some Electrical Dashboard/Instrument Issues), can't Understand Why everything would happen all at Once. Need Car Running, However, I'm Retired on Social Security (Very Tight Budget), Can do Work Myself. I use the Good-Stuff for Parts.
