What is Diminished Value?
Diminished Value is the reduction in a vehicle's market value occurring after a vehicle is wrecked and repaired.
Approved in all states except Michigan if you are not at fault. If you are at fault Georgia, Kansas,North Carolina and Washington We do not use 17c or any type of formula of the sort, we do not use auction data or CCC/autodata software. How do we calculate Diminished Value? We use NADA, Black Book, Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Galves and National auto sales along with our dealer network. We calculate based off of car options, color, year, make, model, mileage and then we compare your car to others in your area to bring you a court approved diminished value appraisal worthy of your claim and business with us. Our report on average is 8-10 pages and has comparable vehicles in the report from dealers. What is included in a Diminished Value report of ours? We provide the report, not a report. Let me explain, we stand behind our work and we will not stop helping you until you are successful. We provide you pre-written letters customized to your own state laws and we give you customer service on any advise you may need and then we go further. We provide you with an Iron-Clad money back guarantee if you were not able to attain any settlement offer. Average DV is $2000 and up We also provide Free Diminished Value Estimates.
