MAF / Misfire codes

Looks like this forum doesn't get a lot of traffic anymore, but hoping someone can help me out.

Had a P0101 last week, so today I took the MAF out and cleaned it with MAF cleaner. While driving later in the day I got a pending P302. I didn't actually touch any of the wires in the MAF, just sprayed the cleaner on and let it dry off as per the instructions. What are the chances that this is related to cleaning the MAF and what would you guys suggest I do next?
