CJ-5 disc brake conversions?
I am the original owner of a '75 CJ-5 that's been parked since about '81 or '82, due to a job change, and a broken back. This guy isn't some wallflower, those 36K's were mostly hill climbs, sand drags, & off-road events. The 258 turned 268 HP in it's last dyno visit.
I'm bringing him back to life, and I'm not so sure of the brake system. The old stockers were "iffy" at best, even just off the showroom floor. I'd like to find a 'stock' 4 wheel disc brake system swap (for ease of installation & cost). Anyone have a viable suggestion?
