99 sonoma hard start

this is my step dads truck ,sometimes in the morning it will take 10-20 minutes to get it started ,checked the ignition switch wire ,replaced it ,also replaced the fuel pressure regulator.does have a pressure leak ,so we are looking to replace the fuel pump next . any other suggestions.
