Autozone, Napa , Parts America all about the same. Rockauto is about the cheapest but then you have shipping.

Re: buy new combo signal switch=

auto zone said they sell the lever separate from the part that,s inside the steering column. the mechanic said when he replaces the ignition switch it,s the right time to replace the multi function /turn signal /wiper/cruise combo.

elbow connected to ankle=-

and the mystery continues=- security light is still constant on dash.
now i discovered the rear brake lights are not working. but the high center brake light is working. now will replace munti function lever and guts for sure.

gotta wonder if the multi function switch is the fault of the darned security light after all. jamesmetairie

Re: elbow connected to ankle=-

security does not go thru the multifunction at all.... ignition switch security signal goes thru the orange wire and has no association with the multifunction lever.

brake light - check the switch under the dash near the pedal, it can get misaligned and not cause the brake lamps on the back of the car to light up. good way to test is put it in cruise control and tap the brakes to see if it turns off your cruise.
