355 small block 700r4 transmission question

So i did a swap into my 91 firebird formula. The engine is a 355 smallblock. The transmission is a geared out 700r4. Now i have the engine almost all the way done in the car. From what i can see all i need is Valve cover gaskets. Exhaust manifold gaskets. Heater core hoses. and all the fluids. This is my first engine swap i have ever done. Is this a problem if this was a v6 before?
