Question Head Cylinder difference in between 98 and others with square timing belt tooth

If you kindly tell me the difference in between cylinder head with a square and rounded timing belt tooth .
my Problem is : I have a 98 chevy metro and with no engine in, but I have the block and the cylinder head separate and the cylinder head has the camshaft sprocket with the square tooth and the block has the round tooth with the sensor at the bottom and at front of the engine, I know the timing belt difference but is a way to use this head by just changing the camshaft sprocket and if yes would be good to have those high performance whose are selling every where
Any help I would appreciate a lot

Kind Regards Chikilin

No difference in the head unless it's an XFI head, then the cam would be special for high mileage. You need the rounded tooth sprocket.

Wow, going to have to guess here, but sprockets with advance built in and cams with either high performance or high mileage characteristics are available from 3Tech, he knows more about the Suzuki G10 than Suzuki does.
