Question 1984 Toyota Pickup Truck- charging issue

I've installed a 3500 watt stereo system in my truck along with some additional accessories (150 watt invertor for LED lighting, 100 watt driving lights and some internal pulsating lights) and my problem is that I keep having to replace my alternator and voltage regulator. I have an extra battery and both of my amps have capacitors. I would like to upgrade my charging system but have no idea on how to go about doing so. Need some advice, please
