Re: Multiple 911 build....991 RSR / 911sc Safari / rwb whatever..
Going on with 991 I tested some balck primer. working over diecast makes it easy to loose the perception of lines so nee d a darker coat to see better what I am doing and where to retouch it.
just a first layer to focus better the parts and to see if flares are well connected to the rest of the body, as the real one is. the spots with filler are done with squadron green putty. imho the best around, since years. then I could not resist and found at very few bucks another welly toy. they are brutally welldone. for 10 dollars is impossible miss theme, even if I think I have something like 5 fujimi models of the turbo 964, all with mistaken wheels and parts...but thats it.. and refilling again for the rear lights and this was the back. a ducktail will arrive soon also here... keep on checking sizes...my car is still 85 mm front and rear

Re: Multiple 911 build....something relaxing this time.. LOL
Thanks guys. Your support is always appreciated.
Here some fitting test for rear lights. in 991 rsr they are melted into rear fenders, so some dry fit is a needing and a silly part is about front arrows. Is a messy part where plastic meets die cast and clear parts...and must be enlarged in its edges.. then all fixed on model and leveled is important to progress with a schema. Before this part, then lower lights, then plan for the PE grill on front radiator, then front lip and then the compete bonnet. This to avoid the ugly gaps typical from toysh parts from die cast like my base. meanwhile front becomes dry I start the ducktail spoiler. It is nearly hidden under the rear giant wing but is visible in many pics takn from below rear of the actual vehicle. Here I also add the different roof panel access door (or whatever it is ) and a first test fit with all parts on (for now). think she is taking shape.. tbc..

Re: Multiple 911 build....something relaxing this time.. LOL
Lots of great projects here Paolo. Instead of grouping them why not do a build topic on each car? I think each one deserves its own topic.
