installation help

I just took out my old after market radio n put in a new one,, everything was fine until I turned the volume all the way up n then the radio just shut off n would not come back on... So I installed the old one and now it lights up but doesn't show anything on the screen, plus if I press any button it cuts off can anyone help me fuses n wires are all good

there are fuses under the dash AND under the hood

Yes I Checked both n they are fine.. But it still doesn't work

you've blown a fuse or burned a wire somewhere if it does it on both headunits. Do you have a multimeter ?

Check you car battery if it is in good shape... Maybe the power is not enough...
