89 Towncar was fine when parked. A deep freeze hit, fuel line froze. Took about 3 days to get her started. When it started, it was making a noise it never used to. Seems to come from the lower rear of the engine compartment, so thinking something to do with the flywheel. Noise sounds sort of like if the fan was nicking the shroud (but it's not since it's down low in back). Noise is intermittent and is not related to drivetrain since it happens when idling in park, too. Noise is not constant, but mostly. Sounds sort of like a small piece of metal really close to flywheel, touching occasionally. Flywheel cover is in place and appears normal. Perhaps related to the starter? Ideas?
