92 jeep Right turn flood

Evey time I hang a right turn after a good rain a bucket of water pours onto my foot. Has any one had this before Where do I seal it?

Some Wranglers have a leak at the base of the windshield, location varies.

Others get some water entering through the climate control, and the drain is clogged up. The drain can be found usually on the passenger side, it's a fairly small diameter hose that hangs down under the firewall.
