1982 F-100 stepside

I have a 82 Ford stepside-body is in good shape-straight 6/4 speed. We just used it around the ranch 3-4 times a year. It always started & now it will try to turn over but just doesn't seem to have enough to make to starting. Any ideas? I would like to get it running so I can sell it.

The first thing I'd check would be the battery . Sitting and not being started regularly causes the battery to lose charge over time . The rare times you do start and run the vehicle likely isn't enough to replace the amount of power lost during the long periods of the vehicle sitting idle . The cold winter months are especially rough on a battery !
