1/12 Tamiya porsche Photoetched

hi im building the 1/12 tamiya martini porsche
i have had the kit a while now but noticed the reisued kit had photoetched parts with it
does anyone know here i cvan get those from

Unfortunately at this time, Tamiya only sells the photoetch with the kit. There may be some awailable on ebay as perhaps some people are choosing to sell theirs. I have asked Tamiya if they plan to sell the photoetch seperately, and the current answer is there are no plans at this time to do so.

I expect they will after the kits with photoetch have saturated the market, and then they'll sell it seperately for people like me who are not planning to upgrade our collection of kits for a small sheet of photoetch.

Scale Motorsport just announced a new product line called 'REALLY, REALLY BIG Photoetch Sets' which are all 1:12th scale. The first two sets we just released are for the Tamiya Wolf WR1-F1 and the Ferrari 312T. The third set will be the photoetch set that came in our Porsche 935 Super Detail Kit, this set should be ready to ship around the beginning to middle of February. If you get your order in early we also have a number of the original turned aluminum rims for the same kit that work with our photoetch set. Trust me this is the best photoetch set for the 935 ever.......period!

Turned aluminum rims? The ones from super detail kit for the porsche? If so great.

Now matthew needs to rerelease those turned 1/24 vette wheels!!!!
