Racing the Lancer
Hey i was wondering if a lancer is good for streetracing. If so what year would be the best and is it easy to find upgraded parts for it.

Re: Racing the Lancer
Non Evo lancers are very slow cars. I would not recommend them for any kind of racing.
Also, street racing is for immature losers. If you street race that makes you a loser too. Grow up, get a life, and take it to a real track.

Anyway... To answer your question (RACING THE LANCER) You can do that, but you might want an intake an exhaust, and NOS. You'll win if your skilled. And if your car is stick shift of course. Also swap your tires, change your breaks (trust me) and change your spark plugs. You'll be racing in no time. There is more that you need to do. But this is only the beginning, oh yeah and don't get pulled over. |

Re: Racing the Lancer
you dont need an evo to race . it depends on your model lancer. is it the es,oz or the ralliart? es and oz you have no chance unless its modified to hell. the ra (witch i own) is actually a fast 2.4L, that with an intake, headers, downpipe, and full exhaust , you;; be pulling on hondas all day long..if you realy want fast try buying a turbo kit from ROADRACEMOTORSPORTS.COM there have the worlds fastest drag lancer and many mods for all lancers inc. evos. so who said lancers are slow id advise you to check out evolutionm.net and say that again. some of the lancers on there have fully built motors with turbos that will will spank evos ansd sti's from a dig!!!! thats fast...

Re: Racing the Lancer
Why, oh why, did I click "new posts" for the first time ever and subsequently click on posts you responded to.
Quit being a know it all. Anyone with half a brain (apparently you fit this descriptor) would know that ANY car can be made fast (75 additional hp on a non-Evo Lancer is NOT fast by any stretch, but you can race Hondas like you mentioned in your other post) with enough money. Quit being a condescending little turd until your heap can keep up with your mouth. Thanks, Your real Dad.

I'm keeping you from spreading you moronic banter and causing people more problems than you'll solve.
As for who I am...someone who I can PROMISE makes more HP than you. I can also back up my mouth, and don't need to be an e-toughguy via text. Thanks for playing, son. Enjoy your 90whp.
