94 G20 runs rough in gear, cold

I have a 1994 G20 van, starts fine and idles fine (after a few seconds), but as soon as I put it in gear it will stumble, hesitate and sometimes stall at stops until it is good and warmed up then it runs fine. So far I have replaced CTS, TBI gasket, cap, rotor, plugs. I did disconnect a faulty egr valve but plugged the vacuum line until I get around to getting another one. I don't believe this is a fuel problem, more related to spark. The spark coming from the coil was orange but pretty long. This should be a blue spark? I'm thinking it could ba a weak coil? Any ideas? Van has about 100K on it.

Anyone willing to help out a struggling rock band? Going to get the codes and I'll post them also.

Post back codes and fuel pressure when it acts up.

Check the spark from coil and all plugs when it warms up.

Only code was a 44. Will be checking that spark once warmed up, and possible borrowing a pressure tester. I do have another fuel pump I could swap out but have to move a hitch. So want to make sure before I do all that.

Code 44 is lean exhaust that could be caused by low fuel pressure.

Make sure that fuel pressure is up to par.

Hook up the gauge and get it good and hot after a 1/2 running and see if it stays up to par.

Specs is 55/61. you should see 57 to 60 on the road running dependng on engine load.
Post back how it goes.
