Question Quart oil prices

When gas prices started going up a few years ago so did the price of a quart of oil in retail stores. Seems like most regular quart oil prices are somewhere between $2.50 and $3.00. Oil filters are still priced reasonable.

Since gas prices took a big dump why haven't the quart prices of store bought oil gone down. Have I not allowed enough time for store prices to come down?
