99 ZR2 brake problem

I have a 1999 zr2 and when I slow down almost to a stop the break peddel jumps and the abs kicks in , you can feel this with your foot and hear the buzzing noise asso. with the abs system.
yesterday I had the front tires off, pulled the callipers and rotors and removed the sensor to take a look at it and the wireing.
All apears to be good visually.
checked the plug-in connection for the sensor and thats about as far as I got.
Any sugestions

Re: 99 ZR2 brake problem

You need to get it on a ABS capable scanner and check for codes and watch speed sensor data to find where the problem is.
And aways check for codes when the abs light is on before turning key off.
May or not be a speed sensor.
Post back any code no and someone will help.
