And I think you are right, It can be done. Certainly many people have raised children alone, My father among them. But I think what it boils down to is people don't understand the amount of responsibility that comes with a child. Why would you as a parent what you bring a child into a world were he only has one parent, or maybe he has a disfunctional family.

Do you think in the long run it would have been better for that child to be born out of wedlock or into a happy family?

With that being said, I don't think you should go around dumping your load into every cum dumpster that comes your way either. We do have protection for a reason. Use it. I may use my penis with flagrant disregard, but that doesn't mean I support everyone else doing it.

I do feel that abortion is one of those things that has prevented alot of trouble and travesty in our life time. Who knows how many children would have been born into horrible disfunctional familes and gone on to live deranged lives. Then again who knows how many of those may have lived on to be great world changing leaders?

I feel that abortion while not the greatest thing in the world, is definately something that is a womans right to choose.

True that, I feel what I think (and other men for that matter) doesnt really matter too much. All of the cases I talked about before do stay together though, I dont know anyone raising a kid alone. I dont necessarily think that the baby should be born into a bad family, but it can be put up for adoption too. Another thing is that there are tons of infertile couples that will take the baby right from birth, two sets of my dad's friends are infertile and they have both "had a baby" in this fashion and it worked out quite well. But as cheap and readily available as birth control is, I think its rediculous not to use it.

I dont care that people get abortions, dont take me for one of those big anti-abortion people... all I know is that I will protect myself and my girlfriend enough to where we dont need an abortion and that I will personally never have one .

Yeah i guess to each his own, ther's a lot of other options instead of abortion. I'm not opposed of ridding oneself of a bunch of cells but once there is resemblance to a human body then I think it other options need to be explored. Its not easy to raise a kid by one parent who is in college. But then again if they are in school then they should be smart enough to use protection.

I can understand that every one have different situation, Both of our parent is big support back when my girl was pregnant. So that might not happent to some of the people, If you young and pregnant and not have support from parent, seek out to familly member like grand mother or father, uncle or aunt for help.

One of my friend that had abortion when she was 18 ( she with her bf that time ), now they want to have kid, some how she cant have kid anymore. She reject to herself why did she get abortion before.

You can alway get adoption from the hospital, alot alot family out their is looking for kid, and you can alway visit your kid. better than make a babe and kill it, that not the way it should be, if its then if you parent was in same situation when they have you then get abortion, then you will never be in this world.

I think having an abortion is a way of taking responsibility. If you are not in a position to take care of the child in the way that would most benefit that child and make them a successful member of society, then you are doing the responsible thing. Accidents happen to even those who are careful. Granted, the abortion has to be done early when the fetus has not developed past the first trimester. I would rather see an abortion than have it ruin the life of the mother, father, and child.

Killa we all admire what you did. But not everybody can do it. Your situation was not perfect, but some have it even worse than you and wouldn't have been able to. Like I said, accidents happen even if you are using protection.

i generally just get the girl im going out with to the clinic, we both get checked, if i trust her and were both clean i just hit it raw, never had a problem before. (in response to the conversation before the abortion conversation). as for the abortion thing, i feel that if the woman doesnt want the child then she is in her right to have it safely remove. if she wants to keep the baby then god damn it, man up to your duties, its that simple. we as men have no say in what our other half does with their bodies. its just like being a little kid, you do something wrong, there are two things that are gonna happen, either your gonna get it easy and get sent to your room, or your gonna get your ass beat with the buckle of a belt. you just have to wait and see what your parents decide. so its the womans decision all the way, all you can do is sit back and expect the worst. (if that wasnt one hell of a senerio lol)
