Head Gasket

I have a 1993 Lumina Euro and i dont know how to repkacce the head gaskets and i have no idea where they all are can someone pleace help me?

Based on this question, it would be best if you didn't attempt it, unless you REALLY are aching for a learning experience that may have many setbacks...not to be mean, just sayin'...

The head gaskets are between the cylinder block and heads, and create a seal for compression and coolant/oil flow.

You are obviously a novice, and if the car has the 3.4 DOHC, don't even attempt it. That engine requires a high level of skill and special tools to work on. Failure to do it exactly right will result in a destroyed engine. If it has the 3.1M, and you have some mechanical skill, it's fairly straight forward, and no harder than any other pushrod engine to work on.

If you decide to tackle this yourself, make sure you have a clean work area, and organize your work. I would strongly suggest a good repair manual and a friend with some automotive experience to help you out. Good luck!

GOOD LUCK, and if your a novice expect to take about 6-7days or more to do it your self. l'm a backayrd mech and it takes me 72hours stright
